Begin Coursework at a University

All universities have courses required of all students before graduation. TAMU-CC calls theirs the core curriculum, but other terms are also used to describe these courses (university requirements, general education requirements, etc). As long as the courses meet the state of Texas criteria*, completing the entire core curriculum at an accredited institution usually means the core curriculum has been met for TAMU-CC. However, that determination is made after an official transcript has been submitted and reviewed by the registrar's office.
